We Buy Back 5.25” Maxoptix Magneto Optical Drives

Our new buy back program allows new or returning customers the option of selling their older drives. Send us your used 5.25" Maxoptix MO drives for our internal inspection. We currently accept T5-Star, T6-Star, T7-9100 and TMT7-9100 magneto optical drives. (We will consider other brands such as Sony or HP.)

How we label condition of drive

POOR – Drive Has Physical Damaged/Not Working Properly
GOOD – Drive Has Slight Damage/Works Properly
EXCELLENT – Drive Has No Damage/Works Properly
BRAND NEW – STILL IN BOX

Based on our assessment you will be paid within 15 days of receiving your drive.

Terms and Conditions

1. Customer sends drive to Maxoptix. Once we receive the drive, we will test it, and determine the price, within 72 hours.
2. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Maxoptix, and back to them if they do not accept Maxoptix’s offer.
3. If Customer does not respond within 30 days of offer, the drive becomes Maxoptix’s property.
