Our goal is to assist you with technical support on all Maxoptix magneto optical drives and media. Unfortunately some of the legacy MO drives and media present a challenge because of the re-organization of Maxoptix Corporation in March of 2008.
For all Maxoptix T7-9100 drives and standard 5.25-inch MO disks (5.2gb, 4.1gb, 2.6gb, 2.3gb, 1.3gb and 1.2gb) please call fill out the below technical support form or call 800.848.3092.
Technical support for all older MO drive models that are out of warranty like the T6-Star, T6-5200, T5-Star, T5-2600, T4-2600, T4-1300, T-1300 and all jukebox models will only be handled through the below technical support form. We offer our best efforts in getting your questions answered, but we can not gaurantee your particular issue can be resolved. Please, no phone calls regarding legacy MO drive support.
